The customer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

To exchange or return products send e-mail to shop@nawara.co with order number. You will received an answer with return instruction. The money return will be transferred to the customer via the same method he/she used to pay for the order. The customer is obliged to cover the return delivery costs. Returned goods cannot bear any traces of use. Returned goods needs to be complete, packed in safe manner in original box.

The customer will receive a two year warranty on goods, counted from the date of the purchase. Complaints should be submitted by sending a message via e-mail to the address shop@nawara.co. If Nawara.co agrees with the complaint, then the goods will be replaced with ones free of defects if it is possible. Otherwise, goods are sent back to the customer with a reliable explanation to the rejected complaint from Nawara.co for which the time is set up to 30 days.
